The Sisters Dance Academy is new to Central Oregon, officially opening in February of 2009. Lonnie Liddell, owner and artistic director, has trained in Classical Ballet, as well as in Jazz, Tap, and Ballroom. She has trained with The Morca Dance Academy, Vision’s Dance Company of Canada, The Nancy Whyte School of Ballet, as well as Elizabeth Roper’s School of Ballet. Her love for dance lead her to continue her dance education at both Eastern Washington University and Brigham Young University. |

We offer a variety of classes at the Sisters Dance Academy starting with the very young 3-4 year old Creative Movement and pre-tap classes, as well as classes for ages 5 and up in tap, jazz, hip hop, and ballet. |

Our mission here at the Sisters Dance Academy is to provide a fun, loving environment where dancers will feel they can express themselves and find joy through dance no matter what their age or skill level may be.
Students will get the opportunity to perform in two annual recitals during the year, one at Christmas time and one in early June. These recitals have a theme and each class will get the opportunity to perform at least one piece during the recital. Our very first recital was in May of 2009, with the theme “Come Fly with Me” – and we hope you will do the same and join the Sisters Dance Academy!
